This hotel is a 3 star. Older rooms. Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Marta close by. Has restaurant and gym. Coffee and breakfast. It was at a great cost so all and all I got value.

Great location, walkable to MARTA and many midtown places. Tub didn’t drain, had to ask twice to get it fixed. No hair dryer even after asking.

1. The AC did not work in the room 2. The pool was closed after the front desk said it was opened 8am-8pm 3. Tv had only 10 channels 4. Wall paper was coming off in the bathroom 5. They did not check the drop box key off at 11am and told the Expedia guy we still on property. 6. Smelled like weed and cigs in the hallway. 7. The only good part was the breakfast. 8. Confusing enterence due to it being 2 hotels.

The Front Desk person seemed confused with the reservation. Slow check-in. Couldn’t understand him. Remote for TV in room didn’t work. Called front desk. No one ever answered. Even put the receiver on the table and checked back…it was still ringing! Went downstairs to get batteries for the remote. He didn’t have any, so he said he would send engineering up. Waited over half an hour and went back down. I was ignored until I made my presence known. Maintenance finally came up with a new remote. It wasn’t programmed so I ended up watching my programs on my iPad all evening. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working. It kept flickering on and off. They had nothing in the rooms to let you know what amenities are available, ie, menu for the in-house restaurant. That was the only good experience we had. They had a good mushroom Swiss burger and fries.

Hotel was nice was very clean close to everything we went to ... only thing is our tv didn't have signal majority of the time. so when we came in to unwind and watch tv, it was not a signal. Also we were told it was contential breakfast but not that you had to pay for it.

Very disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, service was below expectations. Parking staff were rude and unhelpful, and valet was $50 per day. I spent over $100 on parking because they don’t have their own lot. Front desk ignored my repeated requests for clean towels. The bathtub was clogged and no one came to fix it despite reporting it. There was also a dirty pair of pants from a previous guest in the closet where I had to hang my clothes. On top of that, there was no hot water in the shower during my entire stay. To make it worse, walking through the bridge from the parking to the lobby, there was dog feces that had clearly been there for at least a day. Overall, completely unacceptable experience. I will not be staying here again.

Pictures advertised are fake. Room are old and dirty, bad smell. Tv barely worked, coffee pot did not work. Doors to patio are sealed shut and filthy. The roof top pool pictures are also fake. Hardly any chairs, no fire pit. Very tiny and deep pool. No pool towels. Lots of homeless people grazing the hotel lobby. Staff are not helpful. People are loud screaming drunk fighting in rooms. Hit the emergency line for a women screaming help me and no one answered. No luggage carts. My room was never cleaned or turned over the 3 night we were there. Bathroom was dirty. The absolute worst hotel ever, do not stay here! Pictures are fake.

Bad experience. Delayed check in, the room was outdated. Balcony door sealed shut. Bathroom had paint peeling from the ceiling. Towels not available upon request and when we did get them they were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Plenty of other options nearby.

Terrible place and service… Arriving no AC in the lobby, lady started to look my name on the system and asked many questions like trying to find out the worst room for me and my family. Oncw we get into the hotel you notice how dirty it is, inside the room AC just keeps the room fresh; No hot water; Bathtub clog and during 3 days the only answer was: we will send an ENGINEER well that never happened; No towels, you need to go to the lobby and ask for towels; MOLD everywhere as you can see in the pictures. At the checkout moment was like: Room number? Ok cool… Once you walk in this hotel you see what kind of customer service you will receive… I contacted Expedia and the answer was like we can not make contact with the hotel, we will let you know. Be careful, don’t waste your money because no one is going to take care of you.

Staff is the saving grace for my stay especially the valet guys. Room didn't have a remote for TV. On my second night a saff member brought in a microwave and mini fridge. The fridge was beatup with dints all over it. Also there were women of the night working coming out of elevator half dressed telling there pimp that there are too many kids around.

Soooooo bad!!!!! I was looking for a nice place to stay for 2 nights. With my younger cousin for a concert Im not from Atlanta, I live in North Carolina that’s a 6 hr drive When I got to the hotel the front office empty, I didn’t know where to park. I called the number for customer service got hung up on. I called Expedia for help, They called front office, crowne plaza never picked up so how was I supposed to check in? If the lights were off and front office was empty We were forced to stay in my car the whole night
