When we arrived, we were third in line of eventual four guests checking in. No staff at check in or anywhere for about ten minutes. Two staff appeared, but only one could help with anything, and said sorry for the delay. After check in, all four guests were standing in another line, trying to get an elevator. Staff indicated that elevators not working, recommended taking stairs. No offer of help with multiple guests. All up stairs with all luggage. Finally, issue with required paid parking in a completely owned and controlled parking lot. Not some urban area with limited parking. Expedia at fault also, because requirement to pay for parking not shown anywhere during booking, only after payment for the room. Unacceptable. Never again with this hotel
