The room would not cool off and stayed at 75 degrees and the shower did not produce hot water to take a shower. No spare sheets for pullout couch. Mini fridge was hanging half way out the cabinet and none of the outlets properly worked

Got there at 5 and still had to wait 30 minutes just to check in. Valet told us $50 for parking but then charged $80. The lobby and elevators reeked of fish and weed. This place is not family-friendly at all—we didn’t feel safe with homeless people constantly coming up to us outside. They had only one staff member working, and it took 30 minutes just to get clean towels. Our suite was a disaster—the toilet didn’t work, and even after we asked for it to be fixed, no one ever showed up. The AC didn’t work either, and cabinet doors were completely missing. This place is a joke. I would never recommend it and will definitely never stay here again.

The price was great for what you get. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Only 15 minutes walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium and the Aquarium, so its convenient if you planning on visiting there. I did walk myself. Area of the hotel not that nice. You can see lots of homeless people but nobody bothered, i just walked, no issues at all. The breakfast in the hotel is very good 👍 I would go back to stay there and recommend that hotel.

Staff was trying their hardest to get everyone booked in, but the hotel didn't have AC, didn't get to check in after 2 hours, no accommodations from staff, and the area of ATL was not safe as there was homeless people smoking "candy" outside. The staff was as helpful as they could be and they offered us a full refund. DO NOT BOOK IF there are major events happening. My fault for not checking about events, but the hotel should be prepared for high volume guest.

hotel itself is old, but fine. staff is pretty bad—at check-in, there was a long line of guests waiting for rooms that weren’t ready yet, and Quinn, the manager, explained to us that the hotel was very full so it wasn’t his fault. took about two hours to get a room. once we were checked in, the room was missing stuff like soap at the bathroom, and none was provided when we called to ask for it. comforter had a big stain on it. nobody so much as came by the room to provide basic housekeeping services like making the bed. this seemed to be the first thing on the mind of most travelers we encountered in the elevators or at the (pretty good, actually) free breakfast, so it wasn’t just bad luck for my group. beyond that, the area around the hotel is pretty rough—mostly just closed down businesses and boarded up storefronts. there is a train station right outside the door, which is convenient, and it’s a short walk to the stadium and NBA arena. if the staff were up to running a hotel, it’d be an okay budget option for folks who don’t mind a neighborhood that’s seen better days. as is, i couldn’t possibly recommend it.

I dare say a hidden gem. It’s conveniently located to MB stadium and State Farm arena, clean, affordable, and the staff was amazing from the kitchen staff to housekeeping, including valet. I would stay again.

The area around the hotel looks like the part of downtown Atlanta that was forgotten. I also had to wait until AFTER 5pm to get checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful but this stay could have been a little cheaper for where it was.

This hotel was not bad. The facility was in decent condition and the staff was very kind and very helpful. My only issue was the area the hotel is in. The online pictures did not detail how the area is surrounded by homeless people and downtown stragglers. We parked our car in the parking garage because valet was way too expensive and we had to worry about whether or not the car was safe. I know that the hotel itself can’t control that so I am not discrediting them for that. Overall I’d give it a 3/5 for safety reasons and I wouldn’t stay there again. If you need an inexpensive place to stay though in the downtown area I’d recommend it.

Let me start off by saying the location is Superb!! Right at the north entrance of Underground Station!! The Valet workers are have the Best Customer service and Charm!! They are very hard working and efficient at getting their Job done!! I saw them dealing with multiple cars and circumstances and each time they had a smile on their faces!! You can not buy southern charm like that they are Built!! My experience from checking in was it was little wait due to multiple people trying to clock in but the Front Desk host move efficient as possible treating each Guest with Respect, kindness and attention like they have not said the same thing over 50times that day!! It was an incredible experience and I will definitely return!! I was trying to catch the GM to express how much I appreciated his staff taking the time out to make every guest feel welcome!! Guess I will have to catch him on my return trip because you definitely have made me a return Guest!!

The property is an older building so the Ac doesn’t work well so our room was very uncomfortable, we had maintenance come to the room to even make sure ours was working. The area around the hotel is centrally located but be ready to walk about 15 minutes to a gas station if you need snacks or drinks. The staff was nice and valet but pricey for the area, street parking is available but definitely park at your own risk.

The area around the property is in the ghetto. But when you get inside the hotel and room, they’re pretty clean and decent. There were no pillow cases on my pillows or any washcloths and I had to wait for them from the staff. Didn’t get them until midnight. Only one staff member checking everyone in and overwhelmed.
