When arriving at the front desk, I was looked at by the attendant who didn’t greet us. She kindly kept working. After she finished whatever it was she was doing, she looked up and said “How can I help?” Without smiling. I should have cancelled then, but oh well.
I was assigned room 511. Shortly after putting my things down, there’s a knock at the door. Maintenance was there to fix the TV that had obviously been reported by their previous guest. TV quality is horrible! Blurry, Small, AND NO CHANNELS!
Next morning, I had to take a cold shower because the hot water didn’t work! I called the front desk only to get that they can move me to another room. It’s 9:00am, check out is at 11:00! We just packed up and left!
Before exiting, we decided to get a bite to eat from the breakfast bar. Please explain why everything’s COLD?! Even the grits! Completely disappointed with this hotel!
