The property was gorgeous, and everybody tells me out of all the hotels that were in the area that this is by far the better of the hotels which I do agree, I would have given the Hampton Inn five stars however, on my last day, which was my fifth day everything was going perfect the evening before I was supposed to check out I went down personally to the front desk, even tipped the young man across the counter And requested a wake up call for 6:30 AM so I would have plenty of time to come downstairs to eat breakfast And wait for my transportation to arrive. I never received a wake up call that morning. I would have overslept and that would’ve really been a bummer thank God I had a back up alarm clock with me, but when I requested a wake up call that I never received that kind of brought it down to four stars. That’s why I’m giving four stars instead of five. It was perfect up until that moment. Other than that everything was great every morning. They have a beautiful beautiful breakfast with a gorgeous view of the city the staff and the hotel was immaculate everything but that wake up call my name is Susan. I live in Long Island, New York and I give this hotel four stars.
