Extremely Disappointing Stay – Requesting Reimbursement
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. We booked a room for three adults more than six months in advance, specifically requesting two beds. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and that the two-bed room we had reserved and paid for was no longer available. As a result, we were forced to scramble and find a second hotel at the last minute to accommodate our third guest.
The room we were given had only one bed, and to make matters worse, the toilet was non-functional—there was no running water. Additionally, the bedsheets had fresh blood stains, which was completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
This was a truly distressing experience, and I am requesting a full reimbursement for the night due to the lack of service, cleanliness, and failure to honor the reservation.
