The poor gentleman manning the desk (alone!) was on shift after massive cancellations at Atlanta airport and honestly was doing the best he could - smiling & giving us toothbrushes even.
However, there was a computer malfunction that sent several guests, including myself, to already occupied rooms, obviously scaring the current guests and further inconveniencing wary, stranded travelers.
The clerk fixed everything in stride, all alone and cheerfully, but Indigo could do better! - incoming storm? Call in extra staff! One occupied room? Recycle the software or something so only the first snafu happens
