There was a mistake in the date of arrival, and despite the mistake, we were charged full price for both days.
It took me just over 2 hours sitting in rain-drenched clothing in the lobby to settle this dispute. After many phone calls, we were able to have a room but with an upcharge of 40% more money.
It was VERY upsetting as I had a guest with me who couldn't understand why they would not at least give us a room while the reservation was sorted out.
Personally, I will choose never to patronage Myndam Properties again after this.
Also, we were finally given a room that was the absolute last room as far away from the entrance as possible. I felt this, too, was a slap in the face. My guest had a difficult time taking the flight of stairs and then the long hallways to the room.
