不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Absolutely disgusting and completely unsafe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — hair everywhere, on the bed, in the bathroom, and along the floors. It was very clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The air smelled stale and dirty, and everything felt grimy and neglected.
The hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, yet the entire floor reeked of marijuana. It was overwhelming and made it impossible to feel comfortable. On top of that, there were people wandering the halls at all hours, making the place feel unsafe and sketchy. I didn’t feel secure leaving my room, and honestly, I didn’t feel safe sleeping there either.
This place is unacceptable by any standard. Budget hotel or not, cleanliness and safety are basic expectations. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
