I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. From the start, it was frustrating. Upon arriving at the airport, I had to call the hotel three times just to get proper instructions for the shuttle bus. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, giving vague directions that left me wandering for almost an hour trying to locate the shuttle.
When I finally arrived, the room they gave me had a non-working phone and bathtub. It took multiple calls and over an hour of waiting before they moved me to a different room.
The manager on duty, Akanksha, was particularly unprofessional. As a VIP member on Expedia, I was told I’d receive a free breakfast, which she promised but never followed through on. I had to escalate the issue to a different manager the next day to get it resolved. No communication, no accountability.
Service at the bar was equally poor—slow, disinterested staff who act like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. On top of that, the bed wasn’t very clean, and the sink in the second room barely drained.
This is clearly not a true Radisson-standard hotel. It appears to be privately owned and poorly managed. Overall, I had a terrible stay and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Also wifi was not working.
