Staff very friendly, room clean, cooled well (mid-May) bed comfortable and free breakfast a plus (not sure if that is with all rates/dates) Was a block away from where we were going so super convenient and the valet parking well worth the $50. Trying to park in restaurants and venues also charge parking which would have been at least $50 and I didn’t need to fuss with it.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service Thanks to Jai! I had an amazing experience at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown, and the credit goes entirely to the incredible front desk concierge, Jai. I arrived much earlier than expected, around 9am, and was initially worried about the 2pm check-in policy. To my relief, Jai went above and beyond by not only allowing us to check in early, but also upgrading our rooms. We were a large group in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday and GT graduation, with each person booking separately. Jai took the time to help coordinate our room placements so we could be close to one another, even helping strategize the arrangement. When the rest of our group arrived, she handled each check-in seamlessly and with such warmth. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly made our stay effortless and welcoming. Jai is the reason I’m giving this hotel a full 5 stars — she turned what could have been a stressful arrival into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

The staff was so nice arrived early and wanted to see if I could drop my bags off but the receptionist found a room that was ready and let us check in early. Mentioned that we were here for my son's birthday and both the receptionist when we checked in and the one that came in later that evening wished him a happy birthday! The property was in a good location. Not quite in the middle of everything but close enough to walk to the aquarium, centenial park etc. Our room was right under the gym and we were awoken very early by the crashing of medicine balls on the floor above! Room was not properly cleaned during the stay or bed made.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and persons who do not eat eggs. Other than that, food was tasty and nutritious. I will recommend this hotel and will return there if life takes me back to Atlanta.

Our room would benefit from some dusting and a cleaner shower. Upon arrival, the front desk can share the amenities and their location. All staff members, including the cleaning crew, were friendly and courteous. We really liked the location; it was very convenient. Also, it was very nice to see that the hotel had board games, cards, and other table games. It's not a 5, but a solid 3, and I recommend this hotel for short trips like ours, where you will be out most of the day.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. The only problem was the parking. It was a little overpriced. On the web page, it sayed parking was 30 dollars a day when it was, but the vallet parking was a lot more .Fifty bucks a day. The page was a little misleading because i would have found a hotel with cheaper parking, else where. Other than that it was a very nice hotel. That also had a good breakfast menu. I would stay again!

Arrived in ATL early. The attendant at the time (Jai) allowed my wife and I to check in early. Rooms were clean and modern. I really liked how there was no carpet in the room. Hard floors. Much more sanitary. Aquarium is directly across the street. Hotel sells the tickets for $50 bucks as opposed to the $62 price on the aquarium website. I’d definitely stay here again.

Easy to find location, competent and professional staff. Breakfast had broad selection and nice presented. Coffee service all day was appreciated. WiFi worked well, liked having internet access to Netflix and YouTube. The only downside was the $50 a night parking fee adding $200 to the stay. Seems a bit steep but suppose it is what the market will bear in the downtown area. Valet service was excellent.
