Upon arrival, there were two employees at the reception. One was on the computer, very unfriendly, not even a smile and said she was reading. The other was on the phone. Asked for my ID and kept talking without acknowledging us. Waited, waited, and waited. Angy must have kept us waiting for close to fifteen minutes. Finally, off the phone, and she didn't apologize for keeping us waiting. The other girl didn't even budge or do anything to help. It was a terrible check in!!
