Nice and clean hotel but the customer service is terrible. We purchased breakfast together with the room when we booked, but the receptionist didn't give us the breakfast tickets at check-in (and we were not aware that we needed them). In the morning, my parents were denied entry to the restaurant. When my husband came to ask the receptionist for the reason, he was told that we needed to present the breakfast tickets. He then asked very politely for them, but the receptionist was unexplainably annoyed and only gave him 4 tickets, while we purchased for 6. When he asked for 2 more, she gave them to him with a ton of attitude. Due to this issue, we ended up did not have enough time to eat as we had to get on the airport shuttle for our early morning flight. The breakfast purchase was included in our reservation. I still don't understand why we were treated as if we had asked for free breakfast LOL. They need to train their staff better.
