When we checked in, the bed didn't even have a comforter, it had one thin sheet. Not sure if it was even cleaned and ready but that is the room they gave us and as it was 1AM and we were tired, we just turned in. Next day morning we told them about it and they said they'll get room service in and take care of it, when we returned evening, no room service, no comforter, everything was exactly as it was in the morning. I went down to the lobby and told the reception staff about what happened, and the person in the reception basically said she cannot do anything as housekeeping has left and she was not responsible for comforters. After I told her that it was getting cold and the one thin sheet that they have is not the basic minimum a room for which we are paying so much money should have, she was frustrated and said she can check with someone and get back to me. That is it, no call backs, no updates and no comforters, so once again we did not have the basic minimum necessity a hotel room in hilton should have. Absolutely lethargic.
