Being in many 5 star hotels I was arriving to this hotel with great expectation. Unfortunately my impression lasted only one night.
1. Despite being a guest in the hotel the restaurant manager was very rude, ignore us to allocate us on a table for them later tell us that we will have to wait 90 min. After complaining to the front desk we received a call that they will put us on a table. Trying to catch up. Which I decline and decided to go to an outside restaurant.
2. State that they have car services Ina 2 mile diameter. Because we could not have breakfast we decided to go to have breakfast Ina close by restaurant. Ask for the transportation service. They put us on an u er that ask us to pay. When we refuse the u er driver hd to go to the hotel to request payment. The hotel had to fix the problem and pay for it. Again catching up from mistakes.
3. Went to the swimming pool and no place to sit. Very limited chairs or anything. Then the elevator stop working and we could not get out of the swimming pool and they had to call service to guide us on a different path to leave the area.
4. We had a spa. Person doing the massage arrive late. More importantly I pay 1 hr and only got 45 min. Furthermore for this hotel we do not expect to get pressure to buy any product the spa and there was clear pressure to do.
The team try to make it up for all this in other ways. But for the room I had I do not need those things I expect good service and comfort which we did not get. Overall bad
