“Moisture on the floor. Had to run fan to get rid of it”

“Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies……

“The condo itself was PERFECT beautiful,clean,and well stocked. The resort on the other hand definitely needs so improvements. They need more cleaning people fingerprints on everything. I was not a fan of the parking garage that you can’t get to your room from and that only half of the elevators work. While there I noticed that just anyone can use the pools. From our balcony we noticed two moms drop there teens off at the pool. They proceeded to drink the day away at the bar. I wish this condo……

“Property is well maintained, with a cheerful, beachy aesthetic. Parking pass and pool bracelets were readily available when we arrived, and the multiple pools and lazy rivers made for an excellent vacation!”
