“This is one of our favorite spots! Great view of the dunes and the ocean from the second floor. Swimming pool almost out the back door. Whenever we have a question, Cindy is very quick to get back to us. We have been here before and hopefully coming back again next year.”

“There were a few things that were very surprising and uncomfortable for us. First was the fact it was the last email that was sent to let me the final payment had been taken, that I noticed we didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I’m not good with stairs at all, so I really didn’t come and go as much as I was aware I would have to go up the stairs to get back to our room. 2nd was there was no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. This made for very uncomfortable for all……

“I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower. ”

“This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.”

“The title really says it all. The condo is right on the beach and everything is as promised. We had a great stay! Would highly recommend.”

“The condo is in great proximity to the beach. The walk was doable with two small kids and despite crossing a busy road, it never felt difficult or unsafe.The condo itself is a little outdated and felt dirty or not maintained. Some examples include one toilet if you didn’t pay attention, would keep running, the carpet seemed old/dirty, the patio was not swept and the furniture not comfortable. The beds and basic function of the condo were great and it was what we needed for a 5 day stay. ”

“Everything was as described, perfect location for beach time. The only issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was hard as heck to open and close, and we never could get it to close enough to lock it. Loved having heach towels, chairs, and umbrella for us to use!”

They were always on top of everything with our special requests and honestly just great. We will definitely be booking with them again!”
