Clean and Quiet property. Bring your toiletries since they only provide soap and towels. Hairdryer dont work but they have some handy that you get from the office. Wish they had an iron as well, but they dont. Everything else was good and as expected. Wouldnt mind to stay again.

It was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty the lightbulbs were blown and the clerk at the desk was disrespectful and nasty. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! I didn’t stay and they wouldn’t reimburse my money

Smelly, dirty place and the front desk requested $40 cash deposit even with a valid paid upfront reservation. Lastly, they don't tell you parking isn't free, they charge for that too. This place is a homeless shelter, beware. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the place could use significant improvement. I was surprised to find that the front desk requested a $40 cash deposit, even with a valid prepaid reservation. It would also be helpful if they communicated that parking comes with an additional charge. Overall, my experience suggested that this location may not be suitable for everyone. It’s worth considering these factors when making a reservation.

Had to pay a cash $40 refundable deposite wich was never stated when I made the reservation, I was in town for a conference and was told that i could not have any one come to the room. Also lights in the room did not work. TV would not shut off had to keep pluging int in and out. Would not stay there again.....

It served us as a place to sleep. It did have a functioning shower. Superficially it appeared clean ( I mean fresh sheets) it appeared safe and quiet. Few towels. As a Motel it had easy parking and there was a five guys as food option which were very walkable. Condition of building and room were run down lots of things broken ( outlets, lights, toilet paper holder) and room had smell of lack of deep cleaning. Front desk polite and wants 40 dollars in CASH at checkin for key deposit ( ATM across street) Warned from previous reviews we brought our own sheets and towels and did fine.

extremely rude , judgemental staff. I have it eating disorder I mean I am a little skinny and due to that I am treated horribly for some reason. I was cursed at when I tried to calmly address the black mold situation and ask for just a different room, I have asthma and I was coughing all night. Also after the address the black mold my TV and Wi-Fi stopped working. Also I did not see anywhere on the website that there was a $40 deposit. Got there, made me wait 45 minutes in which I thought they were preparing a room I was sadly mistaken this room has not been cleaned for years. I will post pictures videos with time stamps. Also was never informed me about 40 dollar deposit CASH so once I got back after 45 minutes very tired already check to check in and rest I had to leave again on foot to go to the ATM to get the deposit. I feel like he could informed me not to forget it while I was gone to save me a trip but he didn't because he probably thought I didn't have it and wanted to waste my time. I'm tired of being discriminated because of my appearance I do not do drugs, I do not train I worked over 45 hours a week and the fast food industry and I work very hard and I just wanted some rest I'm going through a horrible time right now with homelessness and I just waned a little respect. I am going to proceed legal action for, I am tired of being treated like this. Yes it is cheap and I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton but I just wanted a room that was clean and SAFE.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty the toilet was dirty the outside carpet on the outside at the door was ripped and dirty. The office was stinker and smelled filthy. Expedia need to look at these properties before they book hotels for them. I would never recommend no one even if it’s for free
