“On arrival at hotel they could not find our booking which is more the fault of hotels.com. Once they checked my phone confirmation all was sorted. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our rooms were really nice although we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. In 2 of our 3 rooms we only had 1 usable electric socket. ”

Only thing was it was full of noisy kids whos parents let them run amok in the dining area. This is not the hotels fault but they could enforce a rule no running in the dining areas. It would have been nice for couples without kids to be able to eat a meal without a 5 year old tearing around on the next table. Perhaps create family areas and adult areas there.
