“The booking was smooth. I actually asked to move the dates and the owners made it happen with no fuss. I got in and had no issues. I did think there was a cooking surface and didn’t have one, but other than that everything was good ”

“Close to FSU and our activities. Studio was clean and had a full size fridge and stove. At night neighborhood was quiet. Stores we also conveniently located.”

“Our stay was great. The property was as advertised. The location is in Frenchtown, historic side of town but is known for its homelessness and just in general a rougher side of town. When you turn on the street you will be alarmed at first but it’s totally fine! We didn’t have any issues and the property owner was very communicative and quickly answered any questions I had. My family and I would stay again!”

“The property inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and neat and comfortable. It is centrally located and close to the University which makes it very convenient, but the surrounding areas are quite run down. ”

“Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! ”
