“The city of East Tawas is a gem on the east coast of Michigan's Lower Peninsula - a quaint, lakeside community with a bustling downtown area. The Tawas Bay Beach Resort is located almost squarely in the center of town, right on the lake. The parking lot is spacious, and has plenty of room for handicapped guests (my wife is in a wheelchair). “The owner was very gracious and accommodating for our group in town for a gravel race. The atmosphere was excellent and while the location felt like a trip back in time it was clean and everything functioned as advertised. We will 100% be staying here again. ”
