“We stayed here for a conference at the MuCEM for about a week. The location is great, close to the subway, shops and attractions. The property requires a digital key to get in and it felt safe. Our room has a partial view of the harbor and nice view to the Notre-Dame, they lights up at night which is very beautiful. Kitchen is very nice and we had breakfast and dinner at home. “Personne n’a répondu à mes coups de fil pour le Check on. 3 minutes avant de partir enfin la réceptionniste m’appelle : ok pour le Chuck in mais comme elle n’est pas du coin m’invite à chercher où dîner sur Google et m’indique qu’elle doit partir. Très mauvais sens de l’accueil le lendemain à 8h40 o j’attends pour payer les taxes de séjour et petits déjeuners : « j’sais pas si on vous a dit mais l’accueil ouvre à 9h j’sais pas si vous voulez attendre ». “Helpful front desk. Comfortable room. Location is a bit far away but quiet. Although it needs around 10 ~ 15 minutes walking from the hotel to the main street, I still rate it high marks. "I feel difficult to select a hotel in Vieux Port that is within my budget. This hotel is at an excellent location and the condition is acceptable. I live on 4th floor having lift. My room is large with kitchen. Besides kitchen and sofa, other things in my room is clean and tidy. No daily cleaning service, hence remember to keep your room tidy up."
