Our home is perfect for folks with fishing boats or smaller boats, or rent our pontoon boat! There is 5 feet of clearance under the 49th Street Bridge. So the bigger boats don't come down our slew. This is a safe and relaxing spot for floating, swimming and fishing. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe - non boat traffic area. Secure your boat and PWC at your own private dock! Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with 42 inch flat screen. Queen-sized bed in one guest bedroom with a 42 inch flat screen. The third bedroom sleeps five with a twin over full bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed and flat screen TV. All new plush mattresses and linens will ensure a restful night’s sleep during your stay. Both the master bathroom and guest bathroom have been beautifully renovated.
