A stunning house with fabulous sea views.

This home is ideal for the extended family. Open plan living spaces, two double bedrooms and a separate room with double bunk beds allows all the family to relax whilst on holiday. The views can be enjoyed whilst having lunch on the large deck as well as enjoyed from the inside dining and living areas. Large bi-fold doors which open up across the entire back of the house allow seamless flow between the interior and exterior spaces.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Double bed, Bedroom 2 - Double bed, Bedroom 3 - Double bunk beds

Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $350 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid February and most of April, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. The Neighborhood:
A short walk to beautiful Onetangi Beach and nearby restaurants.
The house is a 30 second stroll to the quiet end of Onetangi beach and a well equipped small supermarket & alcohol shop are within walking distance. The Onetangi restaurants and cafe Charlie Farleys, 372 & Ke Maha are all 5 minutes walk away.

The home is a few minutes drive to award winning vineyards and restaurants including Tantalus, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Obsidian and Miro/Casita Miro. The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
