Hotel was clean and staff were friendly enough, was a bit disappointed though as a 4 star ranked hotel that room service, dining or coffee service was not available to the room, no mini bar, no inhouse restaurant, cafe or bar available, you need to either go get your own groceries, Uber eats or go dine elsewhere. Upon entering the room the TV had a welcome message under another guests name. The staff were friendly and allowed 1 extra hour for check out which was appreciated. The pool was a bit cold but the set up was nice in the pool area. Unfortunately I was disappointed that after checking out and receiving my room bond back as I did leave the room clean and tidy, while waiting in the lobby and just as my ride turned up, I was then approached that they contacted management to have me pay an extra $50 to pay for cleaning of a towel and pillow case which I had explained was marked from washing my hair.
I can not find any information in t&c about paying extra for cleaning linen if you mark it and have never been charged at any other hotel for marked linen, so I recommend don't wash if you have any remnants of colour in your hair, possibly if you wear fake tan as you may get charged washing fees.
At this point I don't feel I would stay there again but glad I checked it out, the staff were friendly however during the stay and apologized that their was no in dine service available.
