“Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa……

“這是一間非常好的酒店 無論她的位置或是景觀 Spa有漂亮的景色 而且有一個很好的泳池 前臺的伯伯英文非常好 而且會教你行那條路線去天鵝堡和去其他地方 餐廳員工也非常熱情 友善 我們只住了二晚 感覺很可惜 有機會我們在冬天會再入住這間酒店”
