Absolutely furious to get there and find out at check-in that we couldn’t because we lived within 60 miles of the hotel. Staycations are a special treat we do as family time. There was no reason offered otherwise and no explanation. It was a very rude experience. I will never use Comfort Inn again. Thankfully Hilton was able to get us a room at the Hampton Inn.

Can’t believe they did not have laundry area to do laundry. This is an essential for longer stays. Heated pool was very cold and key cards needed to be replaced daily because they did not work. Some staff very welcoming and personable others not. Shout out to breakfast crew and front desk receptionist Paris who did a great job

It was average. Ok price and location for a one night stay. Wall paper was peeling in a corner of room. Some smoke smell around. Pool was ok but cold. Breakfast was ok.

The carpet and upholstery in the room looked dated and could have been cleaner. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast room was odd, placed in a back room at the end of a hallway it was crowded and dirty.

I want to start off by saying the women at the front desk upon my arrival was very professional and nice. Upon check In she asked me if on my id was my current address bc they can not rent out hotel rooms to locals I live 35 miles away.. I said this is something new bc I was here in December with my aunt I had a surgery and we stayed here 2 nites, I then explained that I had used affirm and was already paid as I was having a weekend getaway with my daughter to swim etc . She did let us stay this time .so I was very grateful for that as my daughter would have been highly disappointed. The staff are wonderful but my room definitely could use some updating the bathroom door would not close at all was stuck had to reef on the door to move it the slightest. We were put on the 2nd floor had my service dog with me all night one of the other travelers down the hall let there child run up and down the hallway all night till about 2 am slamming doors and making my dog on alert needless to say the next morning I had to bring my dog home bc he couldn’t relax with the noise and slamming of doors . The pool area needs some attention says gets cleaned daily at 1 pm but it didn’t look Like it was cleaned for a while needless to say my daughter didn’t go Into The pool. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. I have stayed here many of times in the past never had any of these issues. I will say though the staff is wonderful . And should have listed on ur website does not rent to 50 mile radius to local
