The staff, particularly the employees present in the lobby area for breakfast, were extremely unfriendly. Upon going for coffee and something to eat, I told them “good morning!” and was met with silence and unsmiling, cold stares. It made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The desk clerk when I checked out was also unfriendly and was irritated that I requested a paper copy of my receipt/invoice for my stay. I felt I was an intrusion at the hotel rather than a welcomed guest. For this reason, unfortunately, I would never want to stay at this location again. The staff need to be trained on quality customer service, including treating guests with kindness and a welcoming attitude, and not making a guest feel apologetic for being there!
