The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way.

The toilet is cracked unside, the shower shelf is dirty, as in not cleaned, not just old, the shower gel was empty, the freezer was unusable due to.ice.build up and worst.of.all.the coffee.maker spewed.out boiling hot water.from the sides, but.bever made a cup of coffee. Also the ac was extremely inconsistent going from cold to hot.

Several “no tell motels” surround the hotel on both sides with multiple street walkers and unhoused people walking around. Parking lot felt unsafe. Room with new bed but rusty lamp and dirty floors. My feet were literally black after walking on the floor. The halls were hot. The room next to me had leaking pipe and we had to watch for water coming under the adjoining door. Shower dripped all night. Bed was positioned oddly in room so you had to lay on your side to see TV to the left of the bed. Would not recommend this hotel. Not Hilton brand standards in my opinion. Unsafe for single traveler. Bad part of town.

It was a nice hotel, the staff was not the friendliest. I think the person checking us in the first night had had enough with other customers, and she was not super friendly. I can somewhat understand that, but the person who was working the breakfast area was cold, I tried saying good morning to her, she turned towards me expressionlessly and then walked away without so much as a word. I was like okay, so this staff does not like it's customers, got it.

Area housed a lot of homeless people living in the headges and around the property. Not safe when accessing vehicles especially at night! Safe in room had a cup full of nailsand screws in it. The safe did not work. Check in process was smooth and breakfast was great!

The hotel sign at the road wasn’t easily noticeable and the access driveway around to The Hampton was badly neglected. Shrubs have over grown crowding in, I wasn’t sure if I was on the correct route. It just looked like an alleyway you shouldn’t go down. That’s an easy fix and shouldn’t be a deterrent! Once in the parking lot its as I expected, the trusted Hampton Inn high standards. I can relax in knowing no matter where we are The Hampton will be pretty much the same, it’s like staying at home!

From the outside of the hotel and the lobby, this property looks clean and inviting. But the rooms are not well maintained. Walking into the room, the floor was sticky and my tennis shoes were pulling away from the floor. There was a strong smell of dog and dog hair was everywhere. It was all over the suitcase, the bottom of our shoes, and the chaise lounge chair. The television remote did not work. And, there was one face cloth in a room for two. There was hair in the shower and there were marks on the tables were there may have been drinks or food. I've never experienced this before at any Hampton. Truly disappointing stay.

The entire staff at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were all friendly and greeted every guest when entering the hotel with a smile. The women who would handle the breakfast each day was so sweet. Since it was the Master's golf week, they had food every night the was handled by the breakfast lady and it was very good. Also, one of the staff was a bartender but I did not get his name but also very nice and friendly. Overall, our stay was a great expereince.
