There is extra parking behind the garage as well as picnic pads.
When you walk in the main room, you will see a 65" Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan allows you to use the kitchen and visit at the same time. There is a large island with 4 benches and all the appliances and kitchenware needed. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen for your guests.
The 2nd floor covered deck and 2 front porches are great places to hang out.
The laundry room has a utility sink and is upstairs near the back deck.
Each of the 4 Master bedrooms feature a Queen cool gel foam bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, desk, & office chair.
Bedroom 1 is downstairs. It is a larger room with a large walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a tiled shower and 2 sinks.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs in front and connects to the upper front porch. It has a walk-in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub-shower. It is the largest room.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are smaller rooms with 1 sink and shower in each room.
1 GB internet service is provided. The houses have high end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops.
Guests have access to the entire house and the shared parking and green space behind the houses.

This is the 5th house in the Wrights Point Subdivision. It is across the street from MCG dental-medical-nursing school and STEM center. The MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses. Beacon station, a new apartment complex, is across the street. There is a shared driveway for all 5 houses to the left of 1475 Wrightsboro Road (blue house). Gate, driveway, and parking are monitored with video surveillance. There is a fence surrounding the subdivision.
There is a 2 car garage below each amazing covered deck. There are 2 additional parking spaces for each house in this group of 5 houses. MCG is walking distance and the MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses.
There are 11 houses in this subdivision which has 2 sides. This house is on the left side.
To get to 1467, turn into the driveway to the left of 1475, then turn right into the parking area. This is the 5th house on the right. Enter in from the back door to the left of the 2 car garage.
There is additional parking behind the garage (2 per house) along with greenspace and 2 picnic pads with a table and charcoal grill.

Max occupancy is 8. No more than 12 guests at a time.
No parties are allowed.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am.
