The holiday home is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the river mouth and coffee shop and restaurants.The home was very comfortable and well appointed. “We had a lovely stay at Perry’s Place.Everything was as described and it was great for a week away. The yard was secure and it was great to be able to take our dog with us for a long weekend!If you have an EV or PHEV, there are no accessible power points unless you have a rated extension cord. “Absolutely magnificent spartmemt. Luxury in every little detail. The best place we rented during our 2 month trip. Spotlessly clean and design all over. Improvement could be done regarding: Communication. Had to contact the owners myself the day before, when I hadn’t received any information regarding check in. A bit stressful. Wifi didn’t work in the bedroom where it also easily would fit one more queen-bed for guests who need 2 beds. ”
