“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is entirely modern and updated within an old historical building. I was worried about the digital check-in and keys, but it was utterly simple and seamless. Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room or facilities in the room for making tea. Otherwise, I highly recommend.”

“I slept very well in a quiet room with a comfortable single bed. The room was small, but I wasn’t intending to spend any time there other than to sleep. The shower was nice and hot and breakfast excellent.”

“整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。”

“Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. ”
