“Good location. Good communication from the owner. We only stayed for 2 days here, which was a mistake. We should of been here our whole trip. Easily housed our family of 5. Our kids loved the vibe of the early 1900s home, had fun playing hide and seek and exploring the charm of the home. Would stay again”

“I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the rental. The host was welcoming and helpful, but the listing did not seem to specify that the rental was the back part of the house. Also, as the host changes the keyless passcode for each rental, we had to wait for her to let us in. The dryer was also not straightforward to use, and could have done with instructions. Otherwise, very pleasant.”

“I couldn't be more happy with the location!! Being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee bars was a huge convenience. And if the weather happens to be horrible, there are plenty of technical gadgets to make staying inside fun! This historical home has current updates that will make your stay very comfortable. Kelly is a great communicator, eager to please and sensible. She replied always in a timely manner to my texts. I have to admit I am very picky and the little things matter.……

“This home was the perfect location for a girls weekend. The house was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We spent most of our time cooking and sitting around the kitchen nook table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plates and dishes for our toddler. There was plenty of room to spread out and the three bathrooms were a plus for women getting ready. The beds were a slice of comfy we didn’t expect. We managed to time our stay for a beautiful snow fall and……

“We are were so grateful to have this option to stay at Double Check so close to family that live in Pierce for Thanksgiving. The house is very cute, nice bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. We were also able to bring our sweet 13 year old dog instead of leaving him home which was awesome. ”

“The unit is very comfortable and well equipped for short stays. The bed was firm and comfortable. We did not use the hot tub unfortunately during this visit as the temperatures were close to zero, but the rooftop looked inviting. The parking spot is narrow, but we were able to park our Honda Passport and have the driver squeeze out. Appreciated having coffee, filters and laundry detergent available. The combo washer dryer washes well, but the dryer leaves clothing slightly damp. (Everything……
