“Really nice hotel only complaint is the walls were messed up when we came in and there were scuff marks or dirt everywhere and the tv station was sticky. But other than that nice area and walking distance to a lot of stuff!”

“Very comfortable bed and pillows. You don't want to miss their fabulous breakfast and my husband loved the fresh baked cookies always in the front hall. Nice porchs to sit on and have a drink. We would stay again if ever in the neighborhood. ”

The owners and staff are so very kind and accommodating. Not only are the rooms a PERFECT retreat, the property is nestled among the most gorgeous historic homes in downtown Wilmington. Walk just a few blocks to the waterfront and all of downtown! Awesome restaurants, coffee shops bars. ”
