When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist. I actually forgot if I had Marriott bonvoy membership and he was very patient and he asked me to slowly check cause he didn’t want me yo lose my points which I felt was very sweet. Breakfast was served by Francis and she took great care of us and was with a smile always

Its a very nice building and layout. Attention to details is lacking. Check in process is terribly slow the counter staff seems disinterested. Bar tender was absent often. Had to wait then gave up. This visit i had a 1st floor room facing the front parking lot. The blinds were torn from their retainers and wouldnt close completely. Asked the front desk about another room. None available for what i paid. Too many lobby people to make a scene about it. No coffee table infront of the couch. In previous stays there had been one. The $10 an hour for a late check out is cheesy and a blantant money grab. For the premium price per night i expect better.
