This gorgeous Lake Austin home is where your family will enjoy the pool/spa with lakefront views, a lake “beach,” sand volleyball court, sport court with basketball and pickleball, outdoor grill with dining area, outdoor living with fireplace and TV, Home Theater, and Game Room stocked with pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and more! One of the very few and rare estates available to rent on Lake Austin, and just 15 miles from the heart of downtown. Equipped with high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for working or schooling remotely. This beautiful home has been thoughtfully built with the finest of materials and architectural elements. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 2 garage spots available upon requests and a TESLA charger.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
