Welcome to your Georgetown townhome—modern, easygoing, and minutes from the Historic Square and Blue Hole Park, with quick toll road access. The open living/dining area flows into a cook-ready kitchen (gas range, microwave, toaster oven, full cookware). Pull up to the island’s three stools or gather at the dining table for six. Mix a drink at the built-in bar with mini-fridge, then head outside: xeriscaped front and back yards make lounging simple, and the built-in gas grill is ready for easy dinners. Sleep comes easy in three queen bedrooms (sleeps six) with a primary ensuite, a shared tub/shower bath, and a downstairs powder room. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, and an in-home washer/dryer. Parking is straightforward: a single-car garage and driveway, plus additional parking down the street. Guests also enjoy access to the neighborhood amenity center with a pool and gym. Bonus: shelves of books throughout for cozy mornings and wind-down nights.
