不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We booked this stay 2 months ahead. It was a Vrbo property that is also listed on Expedia. Usually you are contacted by the host a couple days ahead about the upcoming stay. The morning of, still no instructions on how to check in. I emailed the host directly 4 hours before check-in. Then called and was sent immediately to voice mail. I left a text message two hours ahead of check-in and no reply.
We decided to drive to the property to see if there was anyone onsite to help us. It took us to a retail building that had no residential units. We stopped by the property management office to see if they could help us locate the unit and they said that address would put us in the middle of Victoria's Secret.
If this is a true listing, I don't know how they managed their previous guests and if the prior reviews are all fake.
Fortunately, Expedia helped us out. They tried to contact the host themselves and received no answer. Expedia was able to refund our original purchase and credit us the same amount towards a new stay. Very appreciative of them helping us make our weekend trip a success.
