Beds include king bed in one bedroom, queen bed in second bedrooms, queen sleeper in third bedroom/media space off the master and a queen sleeper in the living room; A pack-n-play for baby sleeping, and a twin air mattress are available upon request.

Fully-equipped, gourmet, kitchen with dual fuel gas range, microwave, dishwasher fridge with ice and filtered water through the door, Keurig and drip pot, blender, toaster, pancake griddle. Bluetooth speaker to stream your favorite tunes while cooking, dining.

Two media centers with LED TV and Roku for streaming your favorite channels-- one in the living room and a second in the flex space (bedroom/office/media space) off the Master.

Luxe bathroom offers both shower and bath, adjustable-height showerhead, plenty of towels, soaps, and storage space.

It is 5 minutes to medical centers and 10 to 15 minutes to Downtown business district/Rainey Street, the Austin Convention Center, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, 2nd Street and 6th Street venues, the Austin Convention Center.

Ride service fares are generally $10 to $20 into Downtown. Capitol Metro bus service into Downtown or UT is available three blocks from the house.
