The surrounding area is kinda grungy, we were there just for 1 night before flying out of austin. Was as advertised, just a place to sleep, nothing special.

The property was not what i thought when reserving it. Pulling up saw alot of homeless and suspected dealers out in the parking lot. Saw a person comong out of the hotel with a pitbull on a leash but was jumping and barking at people walking by. Room was ok a/c worked great but could hear people talking, dogs barking, my daughter was going to the pool saw 4 okder guys just sitting out there watching people and felt unsafe so no swimming for us. Overall wouldnt recommended this property or stay there again. Will pay a little extra for somewhere safer and less hood.

This hotel also offers monthly rates, so some people live here. There were barking dogs locked in rooms, people slamming doors throughout the night. Carpet was torn and stained in countless places. Staff was friendly, but I would not stay here again nor suggest anyone do. Sorry!

This is a terrible place to go with very high drug activity and prostitution going on the place has dope fiends walking around and it’s a very sketchy unsafe area very ran down hotel is NOT what I expected it was hazardous for my family I have a baby this is not the place I would recommend going too and what pissed me off the most was the fact the hotel try to charge my a cancellation fee which is ridiculous considering the reasoning behind why I wanted to cancel and I’d only get half of what I paid for $286 is what I paid for 2 nights on this app and they couldn’t do NOTHING to help but tell me I’d get half back if I paid $140 cancellation fee they would still keep 200 from me regardless so long story short I never checked in and they keep my $286

A much older building. Carpets were very dirty . The location is right bye the hwy so it's a noisy area. It's tough to get into the location as it right off the fwy so it's tricky . The hotel was very close to UT as well as restaurants we wanted to visit. Great convenience as far as location but the age of the hotel was obvious and the elevator was scary since it hadn't been tested in 4 years . So buyer beware it's not the worst as long as you bring your own pillow and don't walk around barefoot (as some of the other guest did) you should be ok. Stay for the location not the comfort

The exterior of the building always serves as a reliable indicator of its interior condition. The building’s exterior was in a state of disrepair, and the interior mirrored this neglect. Every inch of carpet was stained, and the walls were covered in grime. It was impossible to look anywhere without encountering some form of dirt or debris. The front desk receptionist was neither rude nor particularly welcoming. However, when I was in the middle of our transaction, she abruptly picked up a phone call I didn’t even notice she had her AirPods in As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit with an unpleasant odor—a stale, watery smell that suggested something had been sitting there for an extended period. The furniture is all dirty, and the bed and lamp shapes are also dirty. After some contemplation, I decided to check out of the hotel. The receptionist asked why I was leaving, and I explained to her that the room was simply dirty. She responded with, “Oh yeah, it’s old.” However, in my opinion, things can be old without being completely filthy. Thankfully, the Expedia rep was able to refund my money. He said he had to convince the people at the hotel to give me my money back!
