Bed sheets smelled bad. Seemed damp. Grossed me out. Sofa stained. However, I did not complain because it was only one night and I did not want to have to switch rooms late at night. We were out the majority of the night and just left a short while before checking out.

We just checked in and the toilet was dirty and backed up. Property is sold out so they couldn’t move us. Unbelievable, makes me rethink springhill suites and Marriott. I will be expecting some remedy. This is very un sanitary for someone to not do their job and flush the toilet to ensure that it works properly for the next guest. I will leave Google reviews as well. I will also contact Marriott. Unbelievable. Someone needs to be fired. Really.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t use currency for anything as simple as buying some chips or a beverage. The coach had something on it because I was getting bit. There are no paper towels for the kitchen sink. The electrical plugs needs a usb connection especially at the desk. The windows need some type of insulation or noise dampening curtains. The highway noise is bad especially at 6am on a Saturday. I woke up and I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Bed was uncomfortable, not properly made, the room, counters, pictures on walls were sticky and not fully wiped down. Breakfast was limited, we ended up picking up breakfast instead of enjoying at hotel.

Sheets and pillows looked cleaned but both had a stinky body odor,no trash bags in the one trash can we had in our room.not enough lighting and mirrors for makeup use in the bedroom part.

This property provided a clean and professional location for our family to relax and enjoy the surrounding attractions. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the pool was clean and not cold. Had a good swim. Had a restful night and had a great breakfast. The staff has done a great job.

After having stayed at a Springhills hotel in Midland two weeks ago, I was expecting the same type of room but that was not the case. This time the room felt crowded and there were things such as hand lotion missing. The heater was too noisy and cold air was coming out even when we were trying to get the room temperature around 74 degrees. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was ok. Location is good if you have activities closed to UT as was our case. Being on I-35 is a major advantage.
