Property is decent, management needs improvement. Still waiting on management to take care of an issue from 4 months ago. Stayed two nights and didn’t have water the whole stay. Manager said he was working on issuing refunds but never did. Every time I try to reach out he’s never available or always in meetings.

1. Pets barking loudly 2. Bath towels the size of hand towels! 3. No coffee maker or pressing iron in the rooms 4. No black out curtains. Just a broken blinds. Good luck with getting any sleep. 5. No insulation between walls. Can hear the next door people!

Got the wrong room, reserved two queens and got one double. Bed was uncomfortable, tiny pillows, only two. The girls working at night were great and accommodating. The place was clean, but no amenities. Traveling for a move, we had stayed at a number of hotels that had it all - comfort, full breakfast included, and rates very close to the same.

Place was nice a clean, but the bed is the worst I have ever slept on! Lumpy and hard with terrible sheets and a plastic mattress protector that was loud and uncomfortable. Would stay again if the change the beds. Had another couple stay in another room and they said the same thing

One thing I like about this property is it’s still in new condition! An opportunity for them is they are always out of towels in the morning and I have to wait typically until after 4 PM if I don’t get my towels the night before.

Room itself was ok, a good size with many storage bins, and its kitchen facilities are good, but amenities are minimal, e.g., only two bath towels, no hand towels, only one plastic cup, no in-room coffeemaker or hair dryer, only 4 hangers. Other things in lobby and public restroom were not maintained well. Fitness center had 3 machines, one of which didn't work. Much of this is probably due to the extended stay purpose (like an unfurnished studio), but since they sell it as a hotel, it could be more like one.
