“My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. “This is a very clean property. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was so nice that the hosts supplied coffee and some snacks. It added to a stress-free stay. We felt so welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed the place. The only possible "down side" could be, for some, there are 2 staircases which could be hard for a physically limited person. Also, the parking garage is a block away. “The spot was in a convenient location. For type of party we had the building workout perfectly. The property manager were very helpful and friendly. Sameh communicated everything we needed to know and was very responsive when I reached out to her. Highly recommend well rent again!!”
