“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!”

“Love the house! Will definitely try to book again if we're in the area. House was super clean and definitely plenty of parking area if hauling trailers. Listing says two bathrooms, so I figured one would be a half bath. Both bathrooms were full size, which was really convenient.”

“Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. “The property is a great find in Utica. Located on the main road, but quiet and peaceful. The beds were great, furniture was excellent, and plenty of room for the family. ”

So with the games in the basement, our children were well entertained for the afternoon. It was a rainy day, so being outside wasn't an option. This was perfect for them and grandpa. ”

“We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.”

“The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend. ”

“Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.”
