“Went up to snowmobile, although the property is fairly close to the trail it's not ideal... Not a lot of parking, plan accordingly. Other than that nice little place.”

“Stayed there with my extended family for 3 days and had great time. Property was exactly like it was shown and located very nice and beach was just 5 minutes walk. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of things to do for everyone. Giving 4 rating because couple of drawbacks - room with bunk bed had a ceiling fan which was a hazard specially for kids, no dish washer. Everything else was great, the host Rick stopped by and fixed couple of minor things. Overall great stay.”

“This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings.”

“As always, everything was perfect. Such a beautiful view of the lake. It was a cold snowy week but the fireplace sure helped keep me warm. If you’re thinking of renting Mo’s house… Don’t hesitate! He’s also great to deal with. Should any issues arise.”
