“Very cute property! The older house has so much charm, especially with the antique decor. The sunroom is nice and you have private access to the dining room, bed, and bathroom. There are the usual amenities plus a small breakfast and coffee bar, which was a really nice touch. “Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again! ”

“the duplex was wonderful, and very comfortable for our stay. even though we had people next door we never heard them. I meant to write in your book but we left early, not as early as we wanted we overslept. Next time we make a booking we need a place that allows pets, I think we both grieved having to leave them at home, they always travel with us. Thanks for the Hospitality.”

“The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. “Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. “While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep.……
