“We went down as a family for Mother’s Day. Very short trip to the beaches from the property. House was clean, very roomy for our family and my in laws, the backyard is also pretty large and fenced in so it is great if you are bringing kids. Beautiful outdoor furniture. “The house was plenty big enough for my large family. It had all the necessary amenities and a huge backyard for my dogs. The house is minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Destin where we rented a pontoon boat for the day. We would recommend the house to anyone. ”

“We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very nice and clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer on site, and all utensils and necessary cookware and serveware we could have needed. “This slept everyone in our party comfortably. The beds in the bunk room are decently comfortable but they are the squeakiest beds ever so if you have little kids, maybe want to bunk in the king rooms with them if they are light sleepers. Only one outlet in the bunk room was hard for plugging in a fan and charging devices as it’s high on the wall. Other than that, love that there was a well stocked kitchen!! Wish there was an umbrella for some morning shade on the back porch we loved sitting out……

“This was a perfect little house for our Fall Family trip to the beach. The house is located fairly close to a beach access, and has pool access for days we didnt go to the beach. A golf cart was included which is a plus for traveling back and forth. So many supplies in the kitchen as well as beach toys. Loved the Green Egg for grilling at night.
