Our experience at the Casa Mariquita hotel was very negative and disappointing.
To start, we booked a room for 3 adults, and not only the room was very small for 3 people, but there were only 2 full size beds, so that the third person had to leave and find a room in another hotel.
The second major issue was the total lack of Wi-Fi as well as cell phone coverage in our room, which was unacceptable. We were not reachable by phone, email or text for the whole time we were in our hotel room.
Last, but not least, in the hotel description, it was stated that breakfast was provided, but a Keurig machine was in the very small hotel lobby.
Based on the description of the hotel and our experience, we think that we should get at least a partial refund. The room description was misleading, there was no bed space for 3 people.
The total lack of Wifi and cell phone coverage was a major issue, that we were not informed of.
