The bedroom has a cozy, California King and is ultra comfortable with high thread count linens! The livingroom has a Eurolounger, a foldout sofa perfect for 1 adult, or 2 small children. A Thick sofa mattress is also available if needed. This Condo has Air Conditioning( portable) Only 2 others in Ham Cove do. We have ceiling fans and floor fans as well. At the private,secure Ham Cove villas, you'll feel the comforts of home and you get to use the Golf Cart!!! Caution....With management companies, communication is lacking. When in need, they're hard to contact. With us, you'll have my personal cell, and my assistant's #. No meeting in town like the management cos.
