“The property was great and worked well for our family. Communication was excellent!! The reason i could not give a 5 star was because of 2 things- 1 is the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up to the heat of the Florida weather. The bedrooms were warm at night, we closed the living room vents trying to get more air in the bedrooms and this seemed to work. 2- the fact that we were not prepared for the desire to not use the toilet for the paper but the trash can. we were informed it was due……

“This was a last minute find for a family vacation. Easy to access off the highway but close enough to a wide variety of activities including the Everglades, Marco Island, downtown Naples and beaches. Having the large lanai was perfect for family dinners or just a down day to relax. The living room and tv setup was perfect for a movie or watching a little of the basketball tournament. Very much enjoyed our stay.”
