Great Place...Great Location

The location was great we could ski in/out of our unit and at night we were able to walk up to the village. Michael the host was very accommodating and had alot of extras in the condo which you usually do not find, I would highly recommend this unit and when we return we return to Beaver Creek this is the place I will return too.

Great Place to stay for a guys ski trip

The place was great, Michael the owner was super helpful, and it's a very short walk up or ski down to the nearest lifts. Will stay here again.

Great Location and Service

Location was perfect for ski in / ski out and walking distance to Beaver Creek. Easy parking and access to main road to drive down mountain. Property manager was easy to work with and helped with late check out. Property was well stocked and good size. Ski locker was helpful and hot tub was easy to access. Nice family property!

Fabulous location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location along Beaver Creek, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. The manager is an excellent communicator.

Perfect set up in a great location

Michael was a great host. Very approachable and helpful. The condo was perfect, just as advertised. Fit our family of 5 very comfortably and had everything we needed. You are very close to the village for ski, food, etc (close enough to easily walk with a 6 yo and a 3yo in ski boots) while just secluded enough to have some quiet as well. It was a great experience and we would love to rent again! Thanks for the great week.

Overall great stay

Stayed for ~10 days with my spouse. Exactly as expected. We worked in the morning (Wi-Fi was great) and skied in the afternoons. True ski out right in the backyard. Not a luxurious stay, but very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone visiting beaver creek.

Great Holiday Getaway

Beautiful property, close to the slopes and easy to either walk or ride the shuttle to where you want to go. Michael was very helpful. He helped make our stay perfect.

Perfect location

Was very tight for bigger family, but hard to beat the location if you are skiing. Poor/late check in communication from Evolve, but some good direct communication from the owner. We would recommend this location.

Perfect mountain week

We love staring at Townscend place. It’s very convenient and easy access to everything. This condo is great! Michael the owner was very accessible as we had one issue with the internet. He couldn’t have been nicer and had someone there immediately to fix the problem. We will definitely come back!!

Family gathering

Fantastic location - truly ski in ski out ! We loved the Beaver Creek skiing which had something for everyone , from me on the green to the kids on the advanced runs. We enjoyed the large hot tub on the property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood available. Really nothing negative to say about our stay. We hope to return.

Excellent Apartment & Host

Excellent apartment located a short walk from the center of beaver creek. It was easy for us to walk (5-10min) to the lifts and ski school each day. I believe there is also a way to ski down to a separate lift, but we did not try that. Building has available storage for ski equipment, but we left it most days at a ski valet near the mountain. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We made most of our meals during the week at the apartment. Rooms are clean and there are plenty of sheets, pillows, and towels etc. Plenty of fire wood was also available. Great communication with the owner. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first time in Beaver Creek. It was an amazing family vacation! Denise is an excellent hostess. Her condo has everything you need. We easily walked to the Centennial lift or to the resort shops even with over a foot of snow falling. Everyone was so friendly and over the top helpful. This is our new favorite spot! Thank you Denise!

Great location for skiing with kids.

Denise was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our trip easy. She was accessible when I have questions before and during the trip. We have 3 young boys and the condo worked for us. The location can’t be beat! The village is a short walk. We walked to ski school and the mountain every day. You can also use dial a ride but we never found it necessary. The ski in ski out option via the elk horn lift is also easy if you aren't dropping kids at ski school. The hot tub is shared with the building but pretty big so it never felt crowded. Great sledding hill right by the condo as well. There is also a ski locker in the first floor to store boots, skiis and helmets.
