The North Starr Chateau, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is perfect for family gatherings, the ideal setting for a trip you will never forget. This incredible 9,079 square foot home features a great room with a scale and ambiance so grand that you feel blessed from the moment you enter. The sprawling lower level includes numerous options for entertainment, the views are stunning in any season, and the outdoor spaces are extra special in Summer. Please read on for full details on this amazing property.

The Property:
One aspect of this home that really stands out is its open, spacious great room. Boasting an extra large gas fireplace, fine furnishings, and soaring ceilings, it provides the ideal atmosphere for a comfortable and peaceful stay. You'll also enjoy 7 bedroom suites, each of which includes its own private bathroom. Bedrooms 1 through 6 all have a King size bed and luxurious bedding, including 1200 thread count sheets. Bedroom 7 is the bunk room, and offers 10 Twin beds to choose from. This room is perfect for kids or singles. The North Starr Chateau is unique in many ways, offering much more than just ample size. To start, unlike many mountain homes, this one has air conditioning! This is a rare find in Beaver Creek, and your group will definitely appreciate it on those warm summer days. While the main level of the home is grand in scale, the lower level of the home is somewhere you'll find entertainment options for everyone. There's a billiards table, a ping pong table, a dual sided fireplace, and a beautiful bar. There is a home theater area as well as a separate lounge area with a large HDTV. There's a table for cards or games, with ski area views, and the window benches are full of games to be played. Want to relax and rejuvenate after a day of discovering all that the area has to offer? Unwind in the spacious private hot tub. It's brand new for winter 2024/2025, a Hot Springs Grandee that seats 7 and includes back sweeping jets. Maybe you're not a hot tub person? The North Starr Chateau has you covered! You can enjoy the Jacuzzi Tub or Steam Shower instead. Cozy up by 1 of the 3 fieplaces or light up 1 of the 2 gas firepits for outdoor warmth and ambiance. Do you want to stay active during your vacation, but maybe you're not an outdoorsy type? This home includes a private workout room, complete with a treadmill, weights, and more! Are you a “foodie?” The Gourmet Kitchen has everything you or your chef want or need, and is well equipped for large groups, including double convection ovens, double dishwashers, a large Dacor range, and an extra large Sub Zero fridge. There's another fridge in the Great Room's wet bar, and 2 more fridges downstairs. You'll also find two grills, including a Traeger Ironwood XL Pellet Grill. Freshly caught and smoked Rocky Mountain Trout, anyone? This home is amazing inside and out. You'll have multiple outdoor dining tables, plus a secluded sunbathing patio. The yard is large and grassy, and there's even a large water feature, with a waterfall and pond. This back yard is a great place for some winter fun in the snow, or summertime relaxation, or maybe some yard games.

Location & Shuttle Services:
The North Starr Chateau is located within the gates of the prestigious Beaver Creek Resort. Within the community, it is a short 1.5 miles, or about a 4 minute drive, from the upper village. The Village Connect Shuttle is a complimentary shuttle service that will pick you up at the top of the driveway and deliver you to the shops, restaurants, trails and lifts of the Beaver Creek Village. You can use the "Village Connect" smartphone app or just pick up the phone, dial them up, and before you can get all your gear on, they'll be waiting right outside.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property: From the driveway to the entry for the home there are 2 steps up to enter
– Parking: Guests will have access to two spaces within the 3 car garage. Though a ¾ ton truck will fit, these spaces are recommended for slightly smaller vehicles. Additional parking is available in the driveway for numerous vehicles. Depending upon their size and where you park them, you should be able to park 3 to 4 cars in the driveway without blocking the garage. If you don't mind parking in front of the garage door, then 4, 5, or even 6 vehicles can be parked outside. Please note, RVs, campers, trailers are prohibited. If you need additional parking options, please contact us for more information, as off-site parking may be possible.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this property are maintained, however please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Disclosures/Disclaimers:
** Grand Piano - The homeowners hope that many guests will have a pianist in their midst, or hire one, so that the incredible acoustics of the great room can be enjoyed by all. That said, the piano is a $30,000 piece of art, and is not ideal for the novice. So, the piano is protected by a locked cover, which can and will be unlocked and removed prior to your arrival, with advance request.
** Air Conditioning - The A/C system services the main and upper levels of the home, which are the only portions of the home that could get too warm. The lower level has no A/C because it is garden level, and remains cool all summer, naturally. Don't worry, though, if the lower level is too cool, you can always open the door to let in that fresh mountain air, or turn on the fireplace.
** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. There may be other requirements. For example, Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. A Minimum Age Requirement of 30 years or higher may apply. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or a refundable security/damage deposit. We will be in touch after you book to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement, which you can sign electronically - no printer required. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking.
** Amenities - Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Some amenities, when part of a property, may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. As such, all amenities can not be guaranteed to be available at all times. Please advise us when or before booking if you have questions about a specific property amenity so that we can give you the most accurate information possible for your dates.
** Pet Free - Pets AND Service Animals are NOT PERMITTED in the property or on the premises. This is a privately owned home and is a PET FREE property. Due to the existence of pet allergies, this home is marketed and maintained as free of pet hair and dander. Allowing pets or service animals would result in a fundamental alteration of the nature of the property, and may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. Therefore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, PETS AND/OR SERVICE ANIMALS are not permitted in the home or on the premises. There may be circumstances that create an exception to this policy, but only if the Guest provides advance notice of the presence of a service animal in writing before booking, and receives specific approval.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
